The bundle is organized into data/original/, data/summarized/ and data/integrated/, each paired with the exact, portable SQL in a query/ folder (manifest.json, per-file *.sql, REPRODUCE.md) so the integrated bio↔env match can be re-run anywhere against the public CalCOFI release parquet.
